"Execute BODY by amount of times specified by EXPR.
Should be akin to C-style `for'
EXPR is in form (INIT TEST NEXT) where:
INIT ::= (cons ':= let-bind)
however in practice only the let-bind is required after any symbol
TEST ::= (...) -> bool
NEXT ::= (typically) a side-effect on INIT, executed after BODY
E.G ::
INIT :- (:= i 0)
TEST :- (< i (length arr))
NEXT :- (cl-incf i)

However,
EXPR ::= (INIT TEST NEXT :l LBL),
describes how to break out of the loop, using `(CL-RETURN-FROM LBL ...)'
EXPR ::= (INIT TEST NEXT :l)
requires (CL-RETURN-FROM T ...), compared to (CL-RETURN ...)
EXPR ::= (INIT TEST NEXT)
requires (CL-RETURN-FORM NIL ...)

`break' and `continue' are also present in this version. They do
the same as in C-style for loops; returning to the beginning of
the loop, or to exit the loop early.

You can also use `return' and `return-from' to break, as in the
other for-loop macro."
