僕はアメリカで雇われてるフルリモートで、会社からは3週間以上連続でアメリカ国外で働くときはちゃんと手続きしてねって言われてます。たぶんそれくらいの期間から滞在先の法律とか税金とかが絡んできて滞在先で労働許可とかビザとか取らないといけない可能性が高いんだろうと思います。
