Stumbled upon the Offpunk browser by @ploum and thought, nice, it linearizes the experience of reading websites. But then found "complex bookmarks management" in features, and... it's not a full browsing redesign, sadly.

Bookmarks have this issue: I add and forget, unless it's in the top bar menu, always in sight. I also have several hundred open tabs, which are essentially bookmarks, just more visible and grouped by time and context.

The first browser to solve bookmarks + tabs will win. 1/n
