トランプやその閣僚候補が参列した礼拝で、性的マイノリティや移民・難民への慈悲と思いやりを求める説教を行った米国聖公会ワシントン主教の著作。

当たり前だが、内容は基本的に「教会の礼拝で行われる説教」。
なので、ものすごく真っ当。そして当然のごとく（?）退屈。

しかし、バイデンが大統領に就任した直後に読んだジル・バイデン（バイデンの妻）の自叙伝にも同じことを感じたが、今の狂った世界に一番必要なのはこの「退屈なほどの真っ当さ」なんじゃないかと強く思う。
