I think I noticed this today, but hard to tell since my main network connection has been acting up all morning.
Weird how buggy Xcode 16.3 seems to be, I was running the beta/RC1 and they were fine. Now the release has this bug Leaks instrument doesn't work + launching the 18.3 simulator hangs for many many seconds on app launch.
