Sooooo. The ipad came in. I’ve got a fortnight to decide if it works for me as a PDF companion. It occurs to me only now that I really need the screen to stay on most of the time. This is probably going to kill battery life.
Not much setup needed as I don’t need a bunch of apps or my entire history of whatever. I do have my research PDFs in iBooks though, so I suppose I can synch them.

I am making a personal website to challenge myself and set out of my comfort zone. I am looking at using static site generators and have my list narrowed down to about four. There is a fifth, but that would just be fun fun. I am looking at performance, customization, mental foot print when making this. I want to post about my projects, that I will eventually make, on my site and blog. The projects side of the site will be the needed or not needed documentation.

I finished watching Dr. Who: The Pyramids of Mars. Ancient Egyptian themed pulp fiction is my love language; there was never any chance I wasn't going to love this one. My peculiarities aside this is one of the best so far.
