Mozilla hat Vertrauen verspielt – das einst mächtige Add-on-System beschnitten, Mobile(-Security) vernachlässigt, Admins ignoriert, zu oft umgebaut statt verbessert. Technik verlor gegen Management-Floskeln. Der Exodus war hausgemacht. Und dennoch brauchen wir Firefox – sonst gehen uns die Alternativen zu Chrome endgültig aus.
