i'll be honest, while i'm not against using wayland, it just isn't usable for me, because some of the programs i use regularly are unusable when i use wayland. Also i dislike how wayland tends to allow some programs to use client-side decorations (you can't imagine how much i hate CSD).

前天是納粹投降 80 週年。我分享了 #海獅說 （留德、漢堡大學歷史學碩士、作家）的貼文在臉書，引來曾仰望的前輩留言，我把我的回覆完整呈現在這裡：
納粹取得執政權不到兩個月就通過《 #授權法 》，內閣可以直接跳過國會立法；幾週內反對黨被解散、媒體被封、異議者被消失，整個國家只剩服從。猶太人從公民變成「不該存在的人」，被分類、被驅逐、被屠殺，最後連名字都沒留下——1933 年之後發生的事，連維基百科都有寫。這才叫 #集中營 ，不是誰進了看守所就能拿來比的。
台灣現在，反對黨還能衝主席台、每天開記者會、上節目輪班開罵⋯⋯還能發動 #報復式罷免 ，甚至 #偽造名冊連署 。民進黨掌握行政權九年了是事實，但民主法治仍在運作；真正試圖修改現行法律的，反而是國會佔多數的反對黨。
歷史是拿來記得的，不是拿來消費的。
德國人說話了，以色列人也站出來反對；如果連他們都覺得不堪，我們是不是也該在使用「納粹」這個詞作比喻的時候，慎重一點？

This isn’t “wise decisions”, it’s eugenics.
