I just want to throw this out there: my repos, including things from kde6, gnome, even nwg-shell are provided based upon the user knowing how to setup their config files to use them. I don’t provide config files. I do provide instructions, but it is up to the user to ensure they know wtf they are doing. I cannot do it for you. This is the barrier for entry to ensure you do not fuck up your system if you don’t know how to enable repos in #slackware.

A few days ago I shared the story of Alma Bowman, a disabled woman from Macon Georgia who was a whistleblower against the atrocities committed in ICE detention facilities.

She’s currently being detained again, likely due to retaliation for speaking out.

I also spoke of Rodney Taylor, a double amputee who was taken by ICE two days before he was set to get new prosthetics. The medical neglect he’s enduring at the hands of ICE is unfathomable.

We must tell their stories.

Disabled people are at higher risk of dying in these awful facilities, and the conditions within the detention centres will also lead to more people becoming disabled.

No one deserves to be treated this way.

Let’s speak up. Say their names. Help get them released.

And remember, don’t shame disabled people who are unable to protest. For many of us it’s not safe and we lack the physical ability to be boots on the ground. We can still contribute in our own way, and every voice matters.

숫자 들어갑니다. 대략 짐작 사이즈는 4800x1800x400, 그리고 보통 개털의 경우 스크린 장치를 쓸 수 있는데 여과기가 없어요. 저 구조에서 여과기가 있으려면 바로 옆에 있어야 합니다. (땅 속으로 묻으면 안 됨) 덕트/맨홀 형태조차 안보이는걸 보면 그냥 물을 쓰고 버렸다는걸 알 수 있어요. 거기다 온수풀이었다는데서 겨울에도 쓴 이유가 입증됩니다. 대략 저서 한번 풀 채우는데 3.5t이니까 하루 한번만 해도 월 100t가 사라지고, 하루 3번이면 300t가 사라지죠. (개가 들어갔다 나오면 무조건 교환한듯)

I’ve witnessed only a tiny number of noteworthy moments in #tech, but as a summer intern in 1987 I attended MacWorld and was in the auditorium when Bill Atkinson introduced #HyperCard. Completely mind-blowing: graphics, simplicity, expressiveness.

I remember HyperTalk’s surprising use of `it` as an accumulator:

I can’t name a contemporary user-friendly #programming environment that lets you create apps/sites as easily as HyperCard did. ☹️
