Second round of some new antibiotics now and I hope I'll finally be free of it. It's really hard to do anything more complex when I have constant flat pain in a part of my head.

So you know how the free software movement was started by getting frustrated with bad closed-source printer drivers?
Printers themselves are notoriously temperamental, with a hefty helping of planned obsolescence and crappy business models.
I (probably) can't fix "temperamental" but why shouldn't there be printers that you can build yourself? It blows my mind that we have this for 3D but not 2D.
Let's make this happen.

I've completed bug fixes in #RetroForth's #nga vm for the internal UTF8 to UTF32 conversions. This was one of the two blockers holding off a new release, so I'm now hoping to have version 2025.6 out near the end of the month.

@stefanoStefano Marinelli Same problem with my wifi some time ago: detect but not connect. For italian networks be sure your /etc/rc.conf has something similar to "country IT regdomain ETSI":

TIL that the lid close sensor on the #FrameworkLaptop is on the audio / mic jack board. If you don't reconnect it properly when you swap the mainboard... your laptop doesn't know when the lid is closed, clamshell connections to hubs think the screen needs to stay on, and it doesn't go to sleep properly...
(separately to fixing that, I still need to get suspend/hibernate working again, something is wrong there as well)
It seems like most explosives use nitrogen to separate oxygen from carbon. I wonder what's so special about nitrogen. Could it be substituted by phosphorus (same group)?
