started listening Songs No One Will Hear (24-bit HD audio)
Been listening intensely to Arjen for some years now — he does not stear away from humour and strange ideas to say the least — while his music is always recognisable with its sound — the thing that brought me to Arjen was his lyrical ideas combined with the metal niche, Space Metal, often Space Metal Opera — He have been creating many projects that are distinct, like his largest project Ayreon, and next largest Star One, some of the projects that did not see continued releases are not worth less for that, like Gentle Storm, Guilt Machine, or his last project Supersonic Revolution, within everything there is a whole — ideas and sound from one project sieve onto others
The project that is perceived most personal is the one with only his name — Arjen Anthony Lucassen — While there were not that many releases under this umbrella, they are the most eclectic of his releases, perhaps less polished and more relaxed about wholeness and storytelling, and style — This upcoming album now has its first video and music —
It has become a tradition that he will build up attention towards the final release of a Vinyl, with preorders and signing, and engagement with quiz and stories in social media — the last 10 years at least his social media was primarily Meta Facebook, where I am no more — there would be something going on at the youtube as well of course — it would be nice to see Arjen come to the fediverse
