* not every permission is available on a car. I can’t get Kodi to run because it asserts on being unable to get media directory permission
* some apps will behave weirdly vs expectation- eg chromium self build doesn’t support Netflix (who do aggressive user agent allowlisting) or discord (can’t pass the captcha)
* there may be per-car oddities, eg GM kernel seems to have no support for HID over USB or BT
