今日の昼、新宿南口で「外国人雇用に関する企業向け給付金は日本人からの搾取だ」という街宣を見た。
夜のスタンディングにはどうしても参加できない用事があったので不参加です。

外国人雇用に関する企業向け助成金は存在する。
ただし、これは外国人労働者を雇用する上で雇用環境を改善するための費用である。適正に利用されることで日本社会の雇用環境は改善される。
この恩恵は外国人にあるものではなく、企業や日本社会にあると考えるべきもの。

行うべきは「ダイバーシティ」への攻撃ではなく、企業が「通訳費用や通訳機器の導入費」など適正に雇用環境の改善に努めているかどうかを職場のレベルで労働者として監視すること。
外国人悪玉論や、「日本人が搾取されている」との主張はまったくもって間違っている。

雇用環境の改善をサボるな。日本人労働者は外国人労働者に連帯して闘え！

技能実習生のみならず、業種が制限される「就労可能なビザ」（日本には「就労ビザ」は存在せず、「就労可能なビザ」のみが存在する）を前提とした入管法が権益擁護を阻んでいる。

Any entity that wants to ban discussions about trans people have a whole list of other topics they want to ban. They’re only waiting for the right justification. They’re already doing it with black history in grade schools, that’ll expand at some point to colleges.
