from the late 2000s to the late 2010s i would listen to music regularly when i was outside. but ever since they got rid of the headphone jacks on phones, i just dont do it anymore. its such a hassle now. oh are they charged up? oh ive lost one of the earbuds. uh the bluetooth hasnt paired? or has it? are they on? now everyone is hearing my music instead of me? wait i paired a different set of earphones? so i dont bother. i go without music. it's made my life a bit worse. less rich and enjoyable
Part of the point I'm trying to make here is that this whole process is unnecessarily difficult, annoying, and fiddly to implement in various tools, and that makes the part where I explain how to do it in detail, kind of difficult, annoying, and fiddly
