I'm really excited for the GabeCube, even if I don't actually get one. When the Steam Deck came out, all of a sudden there was a huge incentive for AAA studios to start finding bugs that affected Linux/Proton use, plus a huge new push for community-driven hacks to make things like FFXIV work well under Linux.

Simply having more momentum behind gaming-on-Linux means it's harder to ignore Linux support.

Some developers spend 30-45 minutes writing a LLM prompt and tweaking it to get the desired outputs. I write an awk one liner to get data out of a 30,000 line CSV file, convert it to the desired format, and then generate a PDF and send it to the client, all in under 5 minutes. If you don't know what you are looking for and have 0 knowledge of programming or Unix CLI tools, no amount of LLM can help you. You'll just burn resources.
