今日ほんとに久しぶりに「飲食店スタッフに小馬鹿にされてる」事案が起きてしまい、運悪く若くて見目の良い女性だったため「陰キャにあげるセットメニューはありませ〜ん。えっ？ゴハン欲しいの？はーい260円まいどありぃ〜www」に感じてしまい、過去すべての「女性から小馬鹿にされたり虐げられた」記憶が噴出してしまって吐きそうになっています。

もう「女性から次々に小馬鹿にされていた」のは20年以上前に社会と断絶してから終わっているので、そろそろ自分に自信を持っても許されそうなのですが、やはり「虐められすぎると狂う」というやつなんだろうなって思ってます。自信って何で身につくんだ…？

年齢確認義務案は成人向けサイトのよりSNSを対象にするほうが問題が大きい気がする。正直、(子供をだしにして)身元登録させるのが、不愉快な少数意見を抑制するために役に立つと考えている人々もいそう。(不愉快な少数意見の例: 先住民の擁護意見とか)

Wie zu erwarten war, geht durch den Verkauf an nun den Bach runter. Der neue Besitzer hat AGB und Datenschutz geändert. Die Arduino-Plattform ist somit wohl nicht mehr unter freier Lizenz. Auch erhält Qualcomm eine Nutzungsgenehmigung für alle hochgeladenen Materialien (cloud-compiler anyone?), ergänzt User-Tracking und speichert Daten zukünftig in einer Form, die in der EU IMO nicht zulässig ist.

Qualcomm-owned Arduino quietly pushed a sweeping rewrite of its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the changes mark a clear break from the open-hardware ethos that built the platform. The new documents introduce an irrevocable, perpetual license over anything users upload, broad surveillance-style monitoring of AI features, a clause preventing users from identifying potential patent infringement, years-long retention of usernames even after account deletion, and the integration of all user data (including minors) into Qualcomm’s global data ecosystem.
