@tychotithonusRoyce Williams indeed. The philosophy I have been teaching my kids is that homework isn't about exactly what you are working on, it's there to teach you the habits of working independently and planning your time amongst multiple different priorities and desires.

Growing tall trees to provide shade for cocoa plantations in west Africa could sequester millions of tonnes of carbon, according to a new study.
The research, published in Nature Sustainability, finds that the additional carbon stored in shade trees, such as banana and palm trees, could entirely “offset” cocoa-related emissions in Ghana and Ivory Coast, without reducing production.

Seven civil society groups in Italy brought a lawsuit against the government and the state-controlled defence group Leonardo in late September over arms sales to Israel.

New Israeli ground invasion
Dozens of families were displaced from the Tuffah and Shujayea neighbourhoods in eastern Gaza City after Israeli soldiers suddenly returned to areas they withdrew from when the truce began on October 10.
