약간 예상 못한것은 기업이 정부 보증에 기대서 재무관리를 느슨하게 하거나 허위 직원을 만들어 급여를 부풀리는 식의 사기가 생길 가능성도 커져서 도덕적 해이가 심해질 수 있다고 했음. 이렇게 감시를 강화하면 체불임금 같은 문제를 줄이는 효과는 있겠지만, 그 효과보다 그 감시를 유지하는 비용이 훨씬 커져서 현실성이 떨어진다고 하는데... 아마 현시대는 그렇겠지만 미래에는 어떻게든 방법이 생기지 않을까 생각해봄.
언어모델에게 “왜 정부가 에스크로처럼 기업 임금지급을 보증하는 제도를 안 쓰는지” 물어봤더니 이런 식으로 답을 하는데... 정부가 모든 기업의 월급을 에스크로처럼 관리하면 감시 기회가 커지는 건 맞지만, 그걸 실제로 운영하려면 전국 기업의 급여 명세, 근로시간, 수당, 회계 흐름까지 전부 실시간으로 검증해야 해서 사실상 국가가 모든 기업의 회계부서를 떠안는 수준이라 행정비용이 너무 커지니 안하는것이라고 함 (물론 아닐수도 있음)

if you don't want JS in your project, you can use nuxt and simply disable JS output - you'll just get pure HTML and CSS ... but honestly, I'd almost always recommend JS (unbloated!) for a better ux
