국민체조: 아침에 일어나서 워밍업으로 하기 좋음.
도수체조: 국민체조보다 강도가 조금 더 높음. 집안일 시작하기 전에 하면 딱.
라디오체조: 국민체조에 비해 어깨-등-가슴에 집중되어 있다는 느낌. 책상에 앉아서 하는 일을 하기 전후, 국민체조 후 어깨가 덜 풀렸을 때, 자기 전 하면 좋음.

香港立法會選舉將於 12 月 7 日舉行，政府今次出動所有方法推高投票率，除鋪天蓋地邀請網上紅人拍片宣傳外，又將投票時間延長至16個小時，又設公務員專屬票站、醫管局醫護人員專屬票站、少數族裔專屬票站、院舍外展票站，以及鄰近邊境票站等方法。

有政務主任向《》獨家披露，政府周二（25日）發出通知，要求公務員在投票當日，除本來要到票站工作的人員外，需要返回各自所屬部門候命，並在附近社區派傳單，不斷致電同事、持份者、與政府有關聯的機構，甚至外判商等，呼籲他們投票，並隨時支援部門其他選舉有關工作。

安排將以四至五小時為一更，務求周日早上 8 時到凌晨 12 時都有職員身在政府大樓內。由於涉及假期工作，政府會為參與公務員發出 4 小時休假，加上投票的 2 小時休假，將會出虛耗大量職員開支。

該批政務主任認為，星期日政府大樓一帶鮮有人出入，「將無需到票站當值的人員召回，實屬鋪張浪費，亦涉及大量 Staff Cost。」

I'm just running my own instance here, so I don't have a ton of reach.

I'd love it if any of you who are willing would boost/quote this post.

My current SRE role is coming to an end, and the current market is scary.

The most current project was getting 3 line-of-business applications (for a national retailer!) moved to AWS, with some infra design, and lots of Terraform and Ansible.

I've got some Python chops, too.

I'm looking for a new role, remote preferred, or local to the PDX area.

其實和滑不滑手機無關，只是現在有這個「東西」可用。以前沒有串流、社群，手機只能打電話的年代，有幾年上班很煩，下班根本不想動，就坐在那一直在有線電視上切台，浪費時間。解決心煩的來源才不會「無腦」去做任何事。
