앞으로 채용은 학벌이나 몇 등 같은 개인 점수 중심의 스펙보다는 실제 조별과제나 팀 프로젝트에서 어떤 역할을 맡아서 어떻게 협업했고 갈등 상황에서 어떤 방식으로 조율했으며 팀 성과를 어떻게 만들어냈는지 같은 협업 능력 기록을 더 비중 있게 평가하는 방향이 맞다고 생각함 (어짜피 뭘해도 AI보다 개인은 잘하기 어려움) 대신 이런 팀 기반 역량이 더욱 중요해지기 때문에 협업 포트폴리오를 얼마나 잘 완성해는지가 학벌보다 현실적인 인재 판단 기준이 되지 않을까 예상함. 어느 분야가 되던간에...

Those of you who are not web devs (good choice) may not quite appreciate what this means.
You know how websites are loads slower now, and don't work without JavaScript? Well, one of the big (dubious) arguments made in favour of this transition was that you download a bunch more code first, but then it'll make everything faster once you're there. It's front loading.
What 
@slightlyoffAlex Russell has shown is that this is not relevant, because people don't stay on the sites long enough to get the benefit.

It uses the "LOLA" data portability spec to transfer account data from one server (like Bandwagon.fm) to a new one (like bandwagon.your-band-here.biz)
No CSV files required. Just authenticate and approve, and everything just moves.
There's tons more to do, but I'm confident this will be live by Christmas. 🤘🏻

AI라는것도 결국 팀 협업 도구로 쓰여야 진가가 나오는 만큼 앞으로는 개별 경쟁보다 협업 기반 학습을 더 많이 가르치는 도록 방향을 바꾸는것이 진짜 시대가 요구하는 교육이 아닐까 생각만 ... 5초 해봄. 물론 안될듯 ㅋ
근데 실제로 회사나 사회에서 중요한 건 정답을 맞히는 능력이 아니라 문제를 정의하고 사람들과 의견을 조율하고 서로의 강점을 연결해서 결과물을 만들어내는 능력인데 교육은 여전히 19-20세기 산업화 시대 방식에 머물러 개인 점수 중심만 강조하고 있는것 같음 어찌보면 시스템 자체가 사회 부적응자만 강하게 양산해내는 방향으로 잡혀있는데 하지만 AI 시대에는 정보 찾기나 정답 내기보다 사람들이 함께 일하는 법·갈등 해결·의사소통·프로젝트 관리 같은 조별과제 역량이 훨씬 더 중요한것 같고
생각해보면 학교는 평생 개별 경쟁과 시험 점수로만 사람을 평가하는데 현실 사회에 오면 혼자서 완성할 수 있는 일은 거의 없고 모든 업무가 협업·소통·갈등 조정·역할 분담 같은 조별과제 능력을 요구함; 그런데 학생 때는 이런 핵심 기술을 전혀 배우지 못하고 오히려 협업을 부정행위처럼 취급하는 구조라서 다들 사회 나와서 뒤늦게 인간관계 스트레스 받으며 다시 배우는 악순환이 반복됨 (혹은 적응못하고 뒤쳐지는 경우로 빠지는 경우도 많은듯 등등)
