그... 항우연 발사체 쏠 때마다 얘기하는거지만, 상업/과학용 발사체와 군용은 상당히 다릅니다. 군용 발사체를 민간용으로 쓸 수는 있지만, 민간용을 군용으로 쓸 수는 없습니다.
이유는 연료의 차이 때문입니다. 민간용은 엔진의 수월한 제어와 연소 효율을 위해 액체 연료 또는 액체 산화제를 사용하는데, 군용은 빠른 발사를 위해 고체연료를 사용합니다.
액체연료는 가압 과정을 필요로 하기 때문에 발사 준비에 많은 시간이 걸립니다. 기립 후 몇시간은 기본이죠. 반면 군 미사일용 고체연료는 아무리 느려도 1시간 이내로 쏠 수 있습니다.
엔진 점화 프로세스도 확연히 다릅니다. 액체연료는 점화가 복잡하고 오래 걸리지만, 고체연료는 비교적 쉽습니다.
그래서 누리호가 미사일이 될 수 있다는 농담 반 진담 반 주장은 터무니없는 것입니다.
