Bodies of thousands of Palestinians remain trapped under the rubble
A small number of bodies of missing Palestinians have been recovered from under the rubble of homes.
That was possible because their families knew when they fled the horror of the bombardment, that they left behind some of their loved ones who wanted to stay and avoid being forcibly displaced.
But it’s only limited to these families. There’s still close to 10,000 people missing under the rubble.

그니까 똥오줌은 화장실 가서 누라고 화내고 야단치는 사람에게, "내가 지금 자리를 벗어나면 놓치는 몹이 몇 마리인지" 에 대해서 인게임 속어로 항변하는 폐인 게이머랑 다를게 대체 뭔지 모르겠다. 이런 대가리 고장난 새끼들이 꼬박꼬박 매번 '강력한 기업의 커다란 의사결정'을 하는 위치에 들어앉아서 계속 해먹는게 맞나?
소위 기업 레벨의 의사결정을 주도하는 개새끼들 (그게 구체적으로 경영인지 PR인지 아니면 뭐시깽이인지 구체적 층위는 내 알 바가 아니다)의 파탄난 모럴이 여기서 드러난다는 거다. 이 인간적으로 고장난 개새끼들이 평가하는 스코프는 오직 극도로 국한된 '손익'에 제한되어서 그 밖의 요소를 모조리 무시해놓고는 그게 '합리적' 이라고 강변한다. 제정신인 사람 눈에는 진짜로 미친놈으로밖에 안 보이는데, 거기에 뭔가 '지들 바닥'에서 통하는 그럴싸한 도메인-특이적 이름을 붙여놓고는 '원래 그런거' 라고 우긴다. 그럴 리가 있냐?

맞음. 쿠팡은 이런 규모의 데미지에 대해서 보상할 능력이 없음. 법은 이런 종류의 피해에 대해서 산정할 기준이 없음. 기술이나 제도에는은 모든 종류의 브리치를 예방할 수 있는 해법이 존재하지 않음. 그렇지만 - 아니, 그렇기 때문에 일어난 이상은 쿠팡의 잘못이라고 치고 세부는 따로 참작하는 식으로 처리하는 거다. 그래서 쿠팡이 해야 하는 일은 보상도 반성도 아니고 오직 '신실한 책임의 자세' 보이기이다. 극단적으로 말하면 그거만 보이면 나머지는 어떻게 비벼버려도 납득해줄 수 있다. 그런데 그 하나를 절대 못한다.

People who knows the ins and outs of GPU programming these days. Would it be ill-advised to base the rendering/compositing/effects etc in a drawing application fully on GPU, either regular rendering or compute? My worries is that different hardware have different enough results that it's somehow a problem.
It somewhat feels like a image manipulation app should give the exact same result on all computers, but... I don't know. Maybe it's not a problem.

당연한 소리지만 기술적으로 가능하니까 마구 악용하자는 말이 절대 아닙니다.
오늘 온 스팸계정이 차단을 우회해서 마음을 찍었다는 증언을 보고 생각난 건데... 사실 API/프로토콜 단에서는 블락당한 사람한테 마음을 찍는 게 가능합니다. 블루스카이 차단 기능이 강력하다는 게 틀린 말이냐 하면 그건 아닌데 어디까지나 프로토콜이 따로 있고 그 위에서 돌아가는 서비스라서 어쩔 수가 없습니다. 블루스카이에 블언블이 없는 것이나 블락당한 사람을 팔로우 정리하는 게 가능한 것과 같은 원리입니다.
