Before the night emerges, our Paranal Observatory glows in the colourful light of the Chilean sunset. Here we see the Venus Belt, an atmospheric phenomenon caused by the scattering of the Sun’s light when it rises or sets, visible on the opposite side of the sky. As sunlight reaches the far end of the atmosphere, small particles scatter it back towards the observer, creating a pinkish band.

金屬鷹架在一些其他地方上，可能比較安全，但在防火一節上，恐怕和竹棚一樣是相對不重要的細節……
