大埔宏福苑五級大火造成至少151人死亡、近百人受傷，仍有30多人下落不明；亦有大量寵物罹難。遇難者中確認有5名負責大維修工程的工人，其中包括71歲二判管工賴先生。他在通知消防後折返大廈協助疏散工友，其最後身影亦被市民拍下。
火警發生不久，社交平台Threads流傳兩段影片，拍攝到宏昌閣一樓棚架率先起火。拍攝者稱當時在元洲仔聊天，聽到「嘭嘭聲」後見火勢急速擴散，遂大叫提醒居民離開並報警。片段顯示火勢在短短約1分鐘間猛烈蔓延，棚竹與雜物不斷從高處墮下，大廈迅即陷入火海。第一批消防員抵達時，一名身穿深色上衣男子在地面走動，其後證實為在火場離世的賴先生。
賴先生的兒子其後在網上表示，父親最初已成功撤離火場，並因匆忙遺失手機，但其後折返火場幫手疏散。他引用工友說法指出，賴先生當時一邊滅火一邊呼籲大家撤離，部分工友選擇協助。他續指，父親從地下跑上10樓，最終體力不支倒下。他表示爸爸為家庭經濟支柱，現時多項支援集中於住戶，對工人的支援相對較少，但同時感謝工會等不同團體提供協助。

안녕하세요, 플래닛입니다.
12월 2일 (화) 15시에 플래닛의 서버 이전 + 마스토돈 4.5.2 업데이트를 위한 무중단 점검이 있을 예정입니다.
점검 중에도 모든 기능을 정상적으로 이용 가능하지만, 작업이 뜻대로 흘러가지 않아 서비스 중단이 발생할 가능성도 있습니다.
서버의 IP가 변경되기 때문에, 혹시 점검 후 플래닛에 접속이 되지 않는다면 재부팅(쉬운 방법)이나 DNS 캐시 초기화(전문가를 위한 방법)를 시도해주세요.
점검이 성공적으로 완료되었습니다.
1차 서버 이전을 진행했고, 플래닛을 마스토돈 4.5.2로 업데이트했고, 2023년부터 켜져 있던 서버 몇 대를 정리했습니다.
아직 일부 서버(데이터베이스 등)들은 이전되지 않았는데요, 근시일 내에 나머지 서버를 이전하는 2차 점검을 시행할 예정입니다.
정확한 일정은 충분한 사전 준비가 된 뒤 공지드리겠습니다.
