After reading about a major #Funkwhale instance shutting down, I'm wondering whether I should keep my podcast on open.audio.

今のPCパーツ相場と展望
CPU…Ryzenは次期ロットで値上り確定、今のうち。IntelはRyzen3Dに対抗できるCPUを出してくる噂あり。DDR4が使えるRyzen5000/intel corei 13000番台に回帰した方がいいかも
GPU…VRAM調達価格3倍、次期ロットから転嫁。5000Superは積むはずだった3GBメモリモジュールが超高騰で頓挫。今のうちに。
メモリ…もともとデフレを起こして生産調整していた所にAIバブルで品薄となり急激なインフレ。Crucial小売撤退が追い打ちとなり倍倍倍で制御不可。容量を半分にする、中古を漁る、流用するしなどしないと予算が跳ね上がる。しばらく絶対壊せない数年間が始まった。手動OCなんか怖くてできない。
SSD…NAND不足が深刻。メモリは調整していたくらいなので生産能力でまだ救いがあったがこちらはフル稼働でも足りず、次期ロットから調達するNANDが50%値上げされて価格に転嫁される。次次も更に跳ね上がる噂あり。
マザーボード…売れない分ちょっぴり下がるかも…。メモリ、CPUとのセット割に期待。

사진 취미는 결국 도서 직구를 하게 된다. 이론서든 사진집이든 좀 파다 보면 바로 한국어/한국출판 서적이 너무 부족해짐. 한국에서 드문 일은 아니지만 사진처럼 대중적으로 인기 있는 분야에서도 이러는건 좀 씁쓸하다. 2010년 정도까지는 이런저런 번역본 내는 움직임이 있었던 흔적은 있는데... 그러면서 비싼 카메라, 렌즈는 잘 팔리는 나라라니, 어떤 면에서는 한국 그 자체인 시장일지도 모르겠다.

This is a very simpleminded solution with no algorithmic fanciness: it's performing lots of repeated work in Part B.
It was stunning to see a result returned in just 10 seconds on the #ticalc, rather than minutes for previous days. The performance difference between an interpreter and an optimizing compiler is stark! Also, the TI-92 doesn't have a floating-point coprocessor, which makes Lua in particular struggle to run at speed.
