🍢私は会計年度任用職員という非正規公務員です。
私の場合、1年毎の更新で今11年目です。
以前は自分が希望して許可されれば雇用が継続されました。

しかし、会計年度任用職員制度になり、雇用が継続されるのが5年目までになり、それ以降は希望しただけでは継続できなくなりました。

つまり、今まで働いていた私の仕事が一般にも求人が出されます。
私はその他の応募者と同様に履歴書、志望動機、200文字程度の作文を書いて応募するのです。
