미국의 한 스타트업이 '트위터'라는 이름을 다시 사용해 소셜 미디어 트위터를 부활시키려고 한다는 소식을 들었을 때 든 생각은 단 하나다. 트위터는 죽었다. 이제 파시스트 손에 들어가 X라는 이름을 가지고 있고 제품이 변해 버렸으며 우리가 알던 트위터는 더 이상 존재하지 않는다. 이름만 가져온다고 우리가 있던 트위터가 될 수 없다. 아직도 트위터를 그리워하는 사람들은 https://X.com 을 트위터라고 부르지만 이젠 우리가 알던 트위터는 사라졌다고 생각한다.

Wer sich bei der Bewertung nur auf Herstellerangaben stützt, prüft nicht das Produkt, sondern dessen Selbstdarstellung. So wird Datenschutz zur Vertrauensübung statt zur Kontrolle. Auf dem Papier mag das rechtssicher wirken, bricht aber zusammen, sobald man die realen Datenflüsse analysiert. Solche unseriösen Einschätzungen dienen allein eigenen wirtschaftlichen Interessen. Wer so arbeitet, handelt gegenüber Mandaten unehrlich und verantwortungslos.
