Big change coming to BotKit: multi-bot support!

Currently, each BotKit instance can only run a single bot. We're redesigning the architecture to let you host multiple bots—both static and dynamically created—on a single instance.

The new API will look like this:

Ghostty on both macOS and Linux now support marking a terminal as read-only. In this mode, you can still search, scroll, and select text, but no input is sent to the running program. If you have something scary you really don't want to mess up, this is perfect!

You can toggle this with the command palette, a keybinding (bind "toggle_readonly"), the context menu, or the main menu.

Also, numbers are translated as random numbers. A two might be a twelve. They’re both numbers, right?

Yesterday’s version sped me up. Today I’ll have to revert to the slower but at least factually accurate read-it-myself-in-the-original

@tymotytymoty 🇪🇺 nevím, jestli "apolónský" princip je konzumentský, tady by bych velmi opatrný...

Jednak tu máme komodifikaci, prefabrikaci a jednak konzumerismus. To podle mě nejsou úplně totožné jevy, kultura může být orientovaná velmi konzumně, aniž by byla extra úspěšná v komodifikaci, a naopak dostupnost standardizovaných komodit může vlastně napomáhat minimalizaci konzumu, takže tady bych byl opatrný, o čem kdo vlastně mluví. Klasičtí filosofové i náboženští vůdce vesměs varovali před "obžerstvím", které ale má různé formy a dnes může být "obžerstvím" třeba dopravní zácpa ve městě, vytvořená SUV, že jo... moje cestování zamlada bylo "obžerstvím", v jistém smyslu. Proto jsem snažil ze svých životních slepých uliček vycouvat...

Evropa dala Internetu jednou zlou, centralizovanou platformu, o které se málo ví, že je evropská. A to je Spotify 🙂

Nevím, jestli úplně chápeš, kam míříš, ale když Ti vysvětlím, že hudba není politickým manifestem, tak prostě je jasné, že se nedočkáš své "euro-unijní" hudby. Nevím popravdě, čeho se dočkáš místo toho, ale celá moje životní zkušenost s motáním se kolem hudby je: "this is not how it works".

Já mám s hudbou jediný problém: odešla ode mě v posledních radost z hudby, z jejího prožívání. Ne úplně, chvíli mi to bavit dokáže, ale není to, co to bývalo. Takové nějaké ztotožnění se, chuť ji dělat taky...

Nothing beats Canadian winters.

Back in the day me and my brothers built so many epic igloos and forts, not to mention the snowball fights.

I always won, but I am the oldest 🤣

We always hoped it would get colder than -35c so the school buses would get cancelled and we could stay home.

Now as an adult, it's not as fun, I work remotely so there are no "snow days", but tobogganing and snowboarding still hits when its warmer (-20c).

I could never live south, winter makes summer more special.
