【健之堂袪濕茯苓艾草貼特約】現代生活節奏急速，不少人長期承受壓力，甚至出現過勞（burnout）。最新研究指出，對抗倦怠或不只依賴運動、冥想等傳統方法，重拾童年樂趣——例如遊玩經典任天堂遊戲《超級瑪利歐》（Super Mario）——亦有助提升幸福感及減低過勞風險。
研究由英國倫敦帝國學院（Imperial College London）及日本九州產業大學（Kyushu Sangyo University）合作進行，團隊發現，當玩家遊玩《超級瑪利歐》及相關系列作品時，會喚起「孩童般的好奇與純粹快樂」，從而產生心理修復作用，對情緒健康帶來正面影響。
研究人員先訪問41名大學生，了解瑪利歐遊戲如何引起共鳴。受訪者普遍形容，遊戲帶來如「心靈假期」般的放鬆效果，能暫時抽離現實壓力，重拾童年般的輕鬆感。其中一名受訪者表示：「玩《耀西》好像帶我回到過去，我再次感到世界充滿可能與美麗，那是一種全新的開始。」
