久しぶりに新横浜に来てみたら、新幹線ホームに、キャッシュレス専門の高速スタバが出来てた
乗り換え時間ないけど、コーヒー飲みたい気分だな〜と思ってたから、思いがけない幸運だった
マジで最近絵描いてなかったので永遠に昔の絵をあげる人

まず始めはかわいい絵であいさつさせてもらおか
『チキン半々大根多めで』は1950〜1990年代の韓国に生きた人たちが、社会的なショックや激動の時代を食べもののちからで乗り越えていく短編集。ラーメンとか、チキンとか、その時代の人が感慨深く思い出すようなごはんと家族の物語で、全部は読めてないんだけど、「生きますか」と思わせてくれる。しゃれた食べものではないけど、「生活」「食べること」「生きること」を支えたメニュー。児童書の扱いになっているけど、中学生以上がいいのかな。フィクションです。
ちょっと前にSUNO AIで曲作ってみたので、昨日はGeminiのバナナで画像とか動画とか作ってみたけど、やはり自分が何をやりたくて何をやりたくないか次第だなーと思った。
これ「初音ミクのイラストを描いて」と言えば描いてくれるんだろうし、誰かが書いた初音ミクのイラストをアップロードして加工してといえば加工されるんだろうけど、僕はそこに魅力を感じない。なぜなら「初音ミクを自分で描くのが楽しい」のだからそこをAIにやらせる意味がないのだ。
だけど、自分が書いた初音ミクの静止画がアニメーションになるのは「おお！」と思った。実際には僕はアニメーションも自分で描きたいし実際いくつかは描いてきたけど、その労力は半端ないし今はその時間は取れない。なので、この自分の描いたイラストをAIがアニメーションにしたもの、はまあまあ妥協できる成果物かなと思った。ただ絵柄が自分のものからずれてくるし自分の作品と呼べるかというと難しい。AIで作品作ってる人が良く言う「プロンプトの工夫も創作の一つだ」というのもわからなくはないけど、僕はあまり自分が創作してるとは感じなかった。部下に指示を出してる感じ。
今日はなんとか大掃除をやりきった。明日、消耗品系の交換とかだけやって正月飾りを飾ろう…

FFmpeg project issued a DMCA takedown of a Rockhhip Linux repo, after 2 years of violation. They are defending opensource code as per LGPL-2.1-or-later and GPL-2.0-or-later etc.

Rockchip copied lots of code from ffmpeg to its mpp video acceleration lib and applied another license over the code. They refused to give credit and remove that code etc. That is the gist of it.

Anyone using S3 (compatible) storage for incremental backups of Linux and/or MacOS machines at home? If yes, what backup software/tool? Open source preferred. My first unfocused research suggests to look at restic [1] and maybe just some scripting around rclone [2]. Any hints/links welcome! (Yes, this is part of my project to use local S3 compatible storage based on garage [3])
