The last several years, my end-of-year post has just been a collection of things I enjoyed. This year, I felt like writing something a little more personal.
for example, it's a shell over a web site, which often prompts me to open the app instead. only, I'm already in the app
the British Airways app has got to be the worst airline app I have ever used.

"yeah this refactoring would take way too long to do to justify it, but it sure would be nice" can easily turn into "well now it's refactored and that's fine" when it takes so much less time to do
