马杜罗的境遇，能帮助我们理解圣上最近这些年歇斯底里的安全焦虑。遥想二十多年前圣上春秋鼎盛的时候，和全体中国人一起全程见证了南斯拉夫的米洛舍维奇（2001）和伊拉克的萨达姆（2003）的倒台。再顽固的人，此时也能看出北约的军事“代差”意味着什么。现在中国也有航母了，也有据说很先进的战机了，可是从普通老百姓的角度，是不可能理解圣上这位子上的恐惧的。因为事情正在起变化，战争也变得和原来不一样了。二十年前的军事“代差”，意味着可以打得你没脾气，可以一点点推平你。但这并不是真正的恐怖。从圣上这个角度看，真正的恐怖从来都不是大军压境玉石俱焚，而是这种针对个体的精准打击，是这种甚至连战争都算不上的定点清除。你完全可以想象，如今的圣上看到美国和以色列的导弹像狙击枪一样挨个点名哈马斯和伊朗高官的时候，怹心中的触动，绝对超过二十年前。一个貌似强大的国家被军事领先的力量压倒性地推平，这是代差1.0；一个国家的元首，在一场两个小时左右的，类似警察执法的军事行动中被活捉，这是代差2.0。生活在代差2.0时代，是普通人难得的幸运。

我想部分人覺得有問題的地方是把美國當正義方看吧
但美國從來不是XD 這樣會不會就比較納得了

美國和中俄就兩個爛橙，一直只是站邊一個比較不爛的而已

也有好些史料說二戰時在美日本人的集中營生活沒有好到哪裡
只是勝者寫的歷史都不說而已

AI models don’t really 'get' the BSDs. As a result, they often provide incomplete, imprecise, or flat-out wrong answers by defaulting to Linux paradigms. When it comes to illumos-based systems, they just completely lose the plot.

This is becoming a serious issue for the BSDs and illumos ecosystems. We are seeing entire websites flooded with AI-generated tutorials and guides that are totally incorrect. Most people don't realize this; they follow the instructions, fail, and then assume that the BSDs doesn't work well or are 'unstable' because they have supposedly changed since the guide was written.

Luckily, some people eventually find my blog, reach out, and finally understand what's actually going on. Others, unfortunately, end up on major social sites or comments, claiming that these systems are broken.

In 2026, one of our greatest challenges will be teaching people how to vet their sources and filter information.
And I see this as a very, very uphill battle.

choose your opinions and criteria to decide.

_for me_ _my_ choices are around licences (I view "software" as a fundamentally thing of "commons" and public service), privacy enablement, agency and ownership, antifa, minimalist/frugal computing for eco reasons, feminism and since recently I expect a clear AI policy of any given project to have a choice.

it IS possible to go down a horrible road with linux - just because it's linux it's not automatically "good" or "ethical".

Lately, I've been realizing that whenever I search for something online, I mostly look at results from 2020 to mid-2024. Before 2020, much of the information is no longer relevant. Since mid-2024, a lot of it is AI-written and often incorrect. There are entire websites with tutorials and information that are completely wrong. But that's for another post.
