1. Mais Eintopf (Rezept aus einen Rewe Heft, leicht abgewandelt)
400 g Kartoffeln, 1 Stange Lauch, 2 Dosen Mais (285g) 1-2 EL Öl, 1 EL Mehl, ca. 250 ml Kokosmilch, ca. 300 ml Gemüsebrühe, ca. 200 ml Weißwein (alternativ etwas mehr Gemüsebrühe), Pfeffer, Muskat, Salz, wer mag Chilipulver.
Geschälte Kartoffeln in kleine Würfel schneiden, Lauch halbieren und in Ringe schneiden, den Mais abtropfen lassen.

개발자들에게 오픈소스 활동은 꼭 해보라고 권할 이유가 하나 더 생겼다.
특히 우리나라 개발자들은 매우 폐쇄적으로 일하다보니 다양성을 수용 못하고 그에 따른 심각한 문제들이 터지는 것 같아서 진심으로 안쓰러움.
출신 국가, 출신 배경, 소득, 연령, 성별, 장애여부 등 상관없이 같은 주제로 어울려보고, 그러면서 서로 뭘 조심해야되고, 뭘 챙겨줘야하고, 갈등이 일어날 때 어떻게 조정해야 하는지 경험이 너무 부족한듯
오픈소스 활동 조금만해도 이런걸 자연스럽게 배운다.
다들 음침하게 그냥 위에서 내려오는거만 받아먹으면서 외부 소통은 전혀 안하고 폐쇄적으로 사니까, 결국 누구 하나는 옥상에 내몰리는거 아닐까 생각이 든다.
이름만 들으면 아는 유명 기업들이지만, 정작 치유해줄 사람은 없었던 분들의 안타까운 선택을 추모합니다...
