If you still have your project on GitHub and think that it is a public project, try this: Log off (eg. using a private tab), go to your project, and try reading 3-4 issues. Chances are you're Too Many Requests'd for a few minutes before you even got a decent overview of the project's state. Is this then still a public project?
(For comparison, #Codeberg might run you through a round of Anubis, which is not great either, but still way better, and they run on a tiny fraction of MS's budget.)

NVIDIA, 현재 DRAM 부족 사태로 인해 단종된 GeForce RTX 3060 GPU를 재출시할 예정으로 12GB, 8GB 메모리 중 어떤 버전이 재출시될지 모르지만 엔비디아가 파트너들에게 2026년 1분기에 재출시할 것이라고 고지한 것으로 전해짐.
아마 이걸 제조했던 삼성이 가장 이득을 볼 것 같고 메모리 부족이 계속된다면 게이머들에겐 가장 암울한 시기가 될 것 같다. 3060은 2020년 9월에 출시한 제품인데 이걸 2026년에 다시 보게 될 줄은 몰랐다.

what this means: instead of reopening all our codeberg issues and matrix rooms today (Jan 5th), we'll open them next week (Jan 12th) instead
we'll actually probably start doing bits of work already, we just don't quite feel ready yet to fully start Dealing With People again (no offense, you're lovely, just imagine us as sleepy winter bears who haven't had their coffee yet and are therefore blinking drowsily at all requests to be "on")

雪鴞又稱「北極鴞」或「白鴞」，主要棲息於北極圈一帶，包括加拿大北部、格陵蘭島、俄羅斯及斯堪地那維亞北部，是體型最大的貓頭鷹之一，亦是極具代表性的北極生態象徵。過去數十年，瑞典北部山區曾出現數以百對雪鴞繁殖，但自2015年起再無新一代幼鳥出現，近十年間亦未見任何繁殖紀錄。
保育組織BirdLife International指出，暖化導致冬季降雨增加、積雪減少，破壞旅鼠在雪層下的生存環境，而旅鼠正是雪鴞主要食物來源，生態鏈被破壞，最終令雪鴞難以存活。瑞典政府於上周正式宣布，雪鴞已在當地完全消失，成為該國近20年來首種確認滅絕的鳥類。
國際自然保育聯盟（IUCN）已將雪鴞列為「易危」（Vulnerable）物種，全球成年雪鴞估計僅剩約1.4萬至2.8萬隻。
