Been experimenting with #zed + #claude a bit, a few things are very odd:
1. The quality of interactions I'm having with Claude inside Zed is of lower quality than in VSCode + Claude or in Cursor. It seems "dumber", assumes more, doesn't verify claims, just generally more nonsensical answers and needs more hand-holding.
2. It seems to consume a lot more tokens, I'm not sure why, I suspect they don't properly cache, don't compact, don't optimise input/outputs, etc. This is horrific.
Mein Name ist Juliane. Bis jetzt habe ich meine #Erschöpfung hier nicht thematisiert. Mittlerweile bestimmt sie mein Leben aber so stark, dass ich mich entschieden habe, mein Leben damit hier zu teilen.
Vermutlich ist Der Auslöser bei mir eine COVID-Infektion. Zumindest ist das wahrscheinlich, da ab dieser Infektion die Kraft spürbar immer weniger wurde. Jetzt habe ich den schweren Weg vor mir, eine Diagnose für meine Erschöpfung zu bekommen, was vermutlich nicht einfach wird.

uhm, did you know that waypipe with ssh is fast enough to use blender remotely over wi-fi? what? this works much better/faster than x11 forwarding ever did
the lineup of new MNT open hardware computer prototypes for #39c3 so far (plus a bunch more well-known things)
mnt touch reform (placeholder name) prototype which 
@theawesomerandomness put all her craft into making a reality that actually feels much nicer than it is allowed to feel (mostly pocket reform internals, and she designed the case in freecad and 3d printed and hand sculpted here. i wired up the touch overlay and hand made a button board for the side buttons).
@theawesomerandomness forgot to show the back! it has a rhombus aluminum heatsink and a little speaker grille!

After using my aluminium backplate for quite a while, I was curious whether copper would lower the temps of my MNT Pocket Reform further (It does by ~ 3°C). 
@fesixFelix and I also etched the artwork I used on the other plate into it again. That was quite a bit of work since the photoresist was not good. Next up: tempering tests to change the copper’s color and give it a more industrial look.

I caught up on some podcasts during a long walk today.

is my favorite of the day. I already understood anubis, but thinking about as a sort of WAF is a very interesting idea that hadn't occurred to me. It was also just a tremendously fun listen and touched some important ideas about FOSS sustainability. Josh does an amazing job of keeping every podcast he makes short and focused, even when you can tell he could've happily make the interview 3x as long and covered 4x as many topics.
