I do have to say that I feel a bit in a bind, there are some things I'm going to have to use Blender for soon, and I might have to use a separate machine to do those things, which I would prefer to not do. Most of the rest of it is fairly manageable at this point.

Suspend would also be nice.

But I would be so SAD if I moved away from the Pocket setup as my daily driver at this point, in most ways it really is what I want.

@cwebberChristine Lemmer-Webber The eternal struggle of niche open hardware projects. They're hackable, but sometimes they *need* some (potentially involved) hacking to get to where you need it to be.

The Pocket Reform with more polish (around suspend, battery life, etc) would be pretty much my ideal machine for personal use. In its current state it definitely requires some compromises. But I buy these things in part because I want to see them succeed :)

Anytime I start writing an accessibility article I end up with like 2,000 words and start going "no one is going to want to finish this it's too much" and I quit.

It's why I have about 10 unpublished pieces from the past few years where I am annoyingly thorough. Ugh

WTAF. MS Office is being rebranded to MS Copilot. There is very little "co" to it. It is Microsoft forcing down shite on its users.

Oh and naturally, the pricing get insane bumps too.

Curious how long the "enterprise" users will put up with this dumpsterfire.
