Apparently the whole /17 subnet my IP address is on is blocked from editing Wikipedia. How do Wikipedia moderators decide how big a subnet to block? /17 seems arbitrary. Maybe they block the whole AS?

(I'm just curious. I wasn't trying to edit Wikipedia, I just misclicked the edit button and saw that)
