The uprising in Iran has been ongoing for over a week. It is not only an economic protest, but also a practical revolt against the entire logic of state power. People have disrupted control of the streets, destroyed the symbols of repression, and stood against bullets. This is precisely anarchy in action: paralysis of the government machine from below, without the need for immediate replacement with new power.
The regime responded with direct shooting, raids on hospitals and mass arrests, but the crackdown has failed so far. Sporadic and floating tactics (burning cars, breaking cameras and blocking dispatch routes) have moved power from the centre to the sidelines and created a space for real self-management: mass donation, hospital defense, and direct display of information without intermediaries.

하지만 어찌되건 기온이 급락한다는 것은 변함없으므로 저기압의 중심 경로를 계속 모니터링하면서 하층 온난이류 유입을 지켜봐야겠습니다. 현 시각 전국, 특히 백두대간 동쪽에 건조특보가 발령되어있는데 비와 눈이 위험하지 않을 정도로만 적당히 오면서 이 가뭄이 해갈되길 바랍니다. 벌써 한 주의 반환점인 수요일입니다. 조금만 더 힘내봅시다. 그러면 오늘도 좋은 하루 되세요!
아까 전망으로는 하층 대기에 습기만 채운다고 했지만, 지형 효과와 함께 일부 지역에서는 비나 눈이 내릴 수도 있습니다. 하지만 워낙에 건조하다보니 토요일 전까지는 본격적인 눈/비는 거의 내리지 않을 것으로 예상되는데요. 오늘과 내일 예상 적설 및 강수량은 제주도가 5mm 미만(산지는 1~3cm 적설), 경상권이 약 1cm정도 예상됩니다. 9일부터는 조금씩 비가 내릴 수도 있겠습니다. 다만 신경쓰이는게 KIM 모델이 일요일 눈 예보를 지웠다는건데요. 강풍으로 인해 강수구역이 지나가거나 온난이류 유입을 크게 본 것 같습니다.
어제오늘 유입된 중하층 구름대가 복사 냉각을 완화했고, 구름층도 형성되어 오늘 기온 급락을 막았습니다. 아침 최저기온은 -5~3℃, 낮 최고기온은 -1~9℃로 평년보다 아침기온은 다소 높습니다. 거기다 일시적 기류 변화까지 있어서 약~간 나아졌습니다. 하지만 오후부터는 한랭핵이 남하, 점점 추워지며 내일 새벽에는 꽤 기온이 많이 떨어질 것으로 예상됩니다. 주요 도시별 기온은 서울 -1~2℃, 대전 -1~5℃, 대구 -2~7℃, 광주 -1~7℃, 부산 2~9℃, 제주 6~10℃입니다. 내일은 정말 내복이라도 하나 챙겨야겠네요.
동일한 패턴의 날씨가 주말경 한번 더 일어나면서 포화 임계치에 더 빨리 도달, 눈이 되어 내리게 됩니다. 오늘 날씨를 봐서 사실상 주말 눈은 거의 확정되었다고 봐도 됩니다. 거기다 바람까지 꽤나 강할 것으로 보이고 한파가 한발짝 늦게 내려오는데요. 토요일에는 눈과 비가 섞여 내리다가 일요일엔 확 추워지면서 강한 바람이 동반된 눈, 폭풍설(Blizzard)이 내릴 가능성이 큽니다. 일부 지역에서는 화이트아웃까지 나타날 수 있으니 운전에 주의 당부드립니다. 방 안에 있어야 하는데 이날 하필이면 약속이 잡혔어요. 망했네 이거 -_-
이 경우 상층에서 눈이나 비가 만들어져도 지상에 도달하기 전 건조역을 통과하며 모두 날아가버립니다. 반면 상대적으로 온도가 높고 물기가 많은 해상에는 많은 눈이 내릴 것으로 예상됩니다. 약 84시간 뒤 한반도 날씨를 분석한 ECMWF/GFS 모델과 수도권 사운딩 차트를 보시겠습니다. 습도 프로파일에서 큰 차이가 보이죠? 완전히 동일한 기압 패턴이 지나가지만 이렇게 날씨가 차이날 것으로 예상되는것은 오늘 지나가는 강수대가 대기 중 습기를 쌓아두는 대기 가습 과정을 일으키기 때문입니다. 동해상에 발달한 저기압이 습기를 끌고오는거죠.
위성사진을 보면 더욱 명확해집니다. 동해에 있던 줄무늬구름이 거의 걷히고 강한 서풍으로 인해 구름이 수평 방향으로 벌렁 드러누워 있는것을 볼 수 있습니다. 저 구름처럼 저도 좀 드러누워 쉬고싶군요... 약 24시간 뒤에는 강수대가 한반도를 지나갈 수도 있겠습니다만, 이 강수대는 큰 영향을 주진 못할 것 같습니다. Skew-T 사운딩 차트를 보면 하층 대기가 말라붙었기 때문인데요. 기온을 표시하는 붉은선과 이슬점 온도인 초록선 간격이 매우 매우 넓습니다. 패드 넣은 한동훈 어깨보다도 넓어요. 이건 하층 대기의 건조함을 의미합니다.
26/1/7 날씨 이것저것 오늘 최저 기온은 어제보다 무려 10℃ 가까이 튀어올랐습니다. 왼쪽이 오늘 기온, 오른쪽 푸르다 못해 보라색으로 물든 차트가 어제 기온이거든요. 오늘 특별히 날씨가 더 춥다면 그건 오늘이 수요일이라서가 아닐까 싶습니다. ... 농담이고요. 바람 불어오는 방향을 봅시다. 상대적으로 동해안쪽에 강한 저기압이 형성되어 꽤나 강한 바람이 부는게 보입니다. 이 바람 때문에 일시적으로 춥다고 느낄 수 있어요. 이걸 보면 역시 롱패딩이야말로 한반도를 살아가는 인류의 국템, 필수요소가 아니라 할 수 없겠습니다-_-

Current status: doing extremely "I don't know what I'm really doing, I'm copying from a website¹" things with Linux tc to see if I can improve my home Internet latency under load without doing too much damage to bandwidth or breaking my firewall rules. So far, it seems to work and things² claim to like the result.

@zkatkat I appreciate the intent behind this because the free software project I dedicated most of my life (MediaWiki) to is actively used by the CIA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellipedia) to do bad and illegal things. But I've yet to see someone provide an anti-MIC licensing provision that practically works in today's world where everything is unfortunately tied up in MIC. I am not sure if it's even possible to exist in modern (Western) society without being complicit in some kind of war crime.
