좀 개소리인게, 연어도 지방이 많아서 먹으면 콜레스테롤 올라감. 콜레스테롤은 지방을 몸에서 운반하려고 생성되는거임.

탄수화물만 먹으면 콜레스테롤은 내려감. 대신 살이 찌고 몸에 안좋지. 그래서 콜레스테롤 낮추는 것만으로는 건강을 지킬 수 없는거. (스타틴을 팔아먹는 원리 ㅋㅋ)
