이 인터뷰 골때리는 내용 많이 나오는데 그 중 하나는 반도체 팹에 관한 머스크의 발언이다. 머스크: "요즘 (칩) 공장에서는 클린룸을 제대로 구현하지 못하는 것 같다. 장담하는데, 테슬라는 2나노미터 공정의 공장을 갖게 될 거고, 그 안에서 치즈버거를 먹고 시가를 피울 수 있을 겁니다." 그러니까 현대 반도체 공장들이 클린룸을 가지고 있는게 과잉 최적화라는 말인데 한번 해보라고 말하고 싶다.

테슬라 차량이 자율주행도 아니지만 '감독형'이라고 부르는건 이유가 있어서인데 여러모로 위험한 발상이다. 사고나면 저 "감독형" 명칭을 강조하면서 빠져나갈 것이고 인간을 탓하겠지

Race to become Japan's secondary capital heats up

The Japan Innovation Party (JIP) will push hard for legislation to establish a backup capital in the upcoming session of parliament, one of the key points in its coalition agreement with the Liberal Democratic Party.

Osaka Gov. Hirofumi Yoshimura, who is also the JIP's leader, used his Jan. 5 New Year’s remarks as governor to call for the creation of a secondary capital in Osaka.

In other news, Twitter has turned off the image generator for the Grok AI system to all except paid subscribers.

This follows the headlines and investigations by multiple national regulatory bodies about Grok stripping clothing off in images of women and children.

So in other words, Twitter has said it will only allow their AI service to make CSA images and revenge porn, if you agree to pay them.

It's overdue now. Ban Twitter.

It is unfortunately unavoidable that every time I post something in a positive way, among the first replies is always a guy (it's always a guy) that immediately tries to destroy positivity by injecting his negative take. These people seem to hate that other people (like me) feel good about things at times. I ignore them out of habit, but I really wish they would simply disappear from my timeline. Rant over.

So if you wonder why I don't react to people trying to kill the mood in my replies, there are two main reasons. First, I cannot control the reply collection. It is technically possible and actually part of the ActivityPub standard, but Mastodon does not implement these controls. Second, I simply don't have the time & energy to play pigeon chess with these guys. They drain my energy and that is exactly what they want. I refuse to play their game. And you should too. Ignore, mute, block them.
