そういえば、YouTubeで全世界に公開されている、と感じてしまうけど、YouTubeが見られる国と地域、見られない国と地域って実際はどうなっているんだろう？
ということでPerplexityに調べて貰いました。（本当かどうかは各自確認してね）
■ 完全にほぼ見られない国
政府レベルでYouTube自体が長期的にブロックされている、または一般市民が事実上アクセスできない国があります。
中国：2009年以降、中国本土では恒常的にブロックされており、代わりにYoukuやBilibiliなど国内サービスが使われています。
北朝鮮：一般市民は世界向けインターネット自体にほぼアクセスできず、YouTubeも利用不可です。
トルクメニスタン：強いネット検閲によりYouTubeを含む多くのサイトが制限されています。
イランやエリトリアなども、政治状況や検閲により長期的・実質的なアクセス制限がある国として挙げられます。

AIがほんとうに人間より知能が高くなって、人間がソフトウェア生産労働から解放されるっていうのなら話は別だけど、どう見てもそんなものではない。というか、結局生産されたコードが現実に適合するかという評価をAIができない(やる手段あるの？)のは、記号接地問題そのまんまだから、人間の認知機能を代替できない。
AI研究の流れで現象学が参照されるのもこのあたりで、いまのAIは世界内存在ではないから、現実と抽象を自律的に突き合わせることができない。それをやるには人間の認知を利用する必要があって、だから対話的インターフェースにならざるを得ない。
OCEAN by David Attenborough and Colin Butfield. This book is full of amazing information about the ocean, but also about the ways ocean environments have been affected by environmental change. However, the book also consistently demonstrates how ocean environments have an amazing ability to recover if we simply let them. I find it a highly motivational hope-inspiring read.
