- 행정소송법 제34조(간접강제)는 취소판결 이후의 행정청에 대한 심리적 압박이다.

이미 소 제기에서 응답을 받은 것(판결)이기 때문에, 간접강제는 법원의 직권이 아닌 당사자의 신청에 의해서만 가능하다.

'거부처분에 대한 취소의 확정판결이 있음에도 행정청이 아무런 재처분을 하지 아니하거나, 재처분을 하였다 하더라도 그것이 종전 거부처분에 대한 취소의 확정판결의 기속력에 반하는 등 당연무효라면 ... 간접강제신청에 필요한 요건을 갖춘 것으로 보아야 한다(대결 2002. 12. 11, 2002무22).'

- 또한, 동법 제38조에 의해 간접강제의 규정은 부작위위법확인소송에도 준용된다.

- 단, 무효등확인판결에는 취소소송의 재처분의무에 관한 규정은 준용되나 간접강제에 관한 규정은 준용되지 않는다(동법 제30조 제2항).

- '심리적 압박'수단 이므로, 이행강제금 등 행정질서벌과 같이 이행이 이루어진 경우 추심은 허용되지 않는다.

@jacquelinejacquelines 🌟 yeah, you kind of stop doing things yourself. For a little while I was "working" with Claude on things. It never really went anywhere. I wasted a lot of time.

And I'm not really talking about something "working" or "not working" it's more that you become a kind of passive participant. It doesn't ADD anything but it FEELS like progress.

And because it is "progress shaped" you keep going, but you don't actually do anything.

I can totally believe it's bad for you brain.

@jacquelinejacquelines 🌟 I see folks be like "it's not much different from copying and pasting from StackOverflow and updating the code to match".

Except it is because of the mental processes involved of evaluating code examples to find the right match and making those adjustments. Having copilot poop out a blob of code that already matches variable names erases that entire effort, which as minimal as it might seem, is still direct mental engagement.

@jacquelinejacquelines 🌟 One of my coworkers, who I once considered “smart and nice” has become noticably less of both of those things since going all-in on AI.

Now maybe this is confirmation bias at work — I could be seeing something that’s not there, or I could be blaming my favored scapegoat when actually something entirely unrelated is happening in their life. It’s possible!

But I’d bet actual money that this is LLMs at work.

i've got this goal where i try to learn at least one midi sequencer, preferably something free and open source. i've picked out rosegarden for the time being because it's matrix sequencer is more or less the sort of thing i'm looking for and it respects midi.

i found a few youtube tutorials that were helpful for figuring out the basics, but now i'm trying to find something more intermediate like workflow videos by people who know what they're doing, but so far i haven't found anything
