OK, dospěl jsem do finálního rozhodnutí pořídit si soukromý notebook (+ sem tam věci do práce) s Linuxem. Jsem úplná lama, BFU a linuxový takřka panic (proběhly nějaké letmé polibky, ale ještě jsme na to spolu pořádně nevlítli) a nechci vidět příkazovou řádku a diskusní fórum na téma "how to install basic things on linux", pokud je to jen trochu možné.
Mastodone poraď, co chci!
V zásadě potřebuju funkční internet. Microsoft 365 výhodou, ale vystačím si s online verzemi. Chci Průša slicer a SketchUp pro 3 modely. A taky Steam na hraní.
Co by měl mít za HW a jaké distro chci?

Oh, look, I’ve been tasked by the Executive Director of the Python Software Foundation with a secret mission to personally purchase (?) gift cards (??) for top performers (???) that I would be reimbursed for (????) after I sent the list of codes over email in a spreadsheet (?????).

This is an obvious scam attempt, those emails were never from Deb Nicholson, but I led the scammer on to see what was gonna happen. DON’T GET SCAMMED, PEOPLE!

You, who unloaded the weight of docs on your devs’ shoulders, as if it was a trivial chore. You are making a big mistake. But you can still undo the damage.
