Google is *spending* a lot on AI, but what's not clear is how Google will *make* a lot from AI. Or, you know, even break even. Given, you know, that businesses are seeing *zero* return from AI:

@gfscGeeks for Social Change will be hosting regular monthly drop-in peer support sessions for developers, artists, community organisers, writers, and researchers, focusing on developing and supporting people to use open source and community technology.

"We'll take it in turns to say what we are working on and see if we can give support or encouragement. These are designed to be used as accountability and check in sessions, as well as good places to get tech support and troubleshooting help."

I've had an ESP32 thing (lilygo.cc/en-us/products/fabgl) sitting around for several months, and finally got a dev toolchain setup for it, so I've done an initial port of my ilo vm & konilo forth to it. The VGA output works, but I need to find a PS/2 keyboard now. (Currently doing input over serial and output via the VGA).
