반년 전인가 한국 마이크로 소프트에 문제해결을 위해 전화를 해본적이 있었다. 핫메일 해킹 시도 건 때문에 문의하기 위해서였는데, AI 상담원의 끊임없는 루프에 휘말려 결국 아무것도 해결하지 못했다. 과거 엑스박스 360이나 엑스박스원 시절에 전화했을 때랑 그 응대가 완전히 달라진 거라 무척 당황스럽고 불쾌했다.

노조는 최근 사내 AI 도입 이후 본사 차원에서 인원 감축과 조직개편이 일방적으로 단행되고 있다고 주장합니다.
또 이같은 조치가 당사자와 충분한 논의 없이 진행돼 사내 고용 불안이 더 커지고 있다고 강조했습니다.
노조에 따르면 한국MS는 지난 3년간 전 임직원의 10~15%인 50여명을 대상으로 인원 감축을 실시했는데요. 이중 5% 만이 다른 업무에 배치된 상황입니다.
