把走失的女精神病人非法拘禁并强奸多年，被你国司法部门判定为“收留”无罪，这桩应该写入世界司法史的大丑闻，足以说明，你国为什么有脸笑话别国的“斩杀线”，为什么有脸宣称本国不存在“斩杀线”。
——原因就是：你国的“不搞福利主义养懒汉”+“发扬传统家庭美德”的治国理念。
也就是，政府尽量避免在社会兜底方面出钱出力，把“财政包袱”甩给屁民内部消化，让那些失去劳动能力和自理能力的国民，由家庭而非政府供养。
所以，在你国，“斩杀线”现象确实不明显，因为绝大多数need help的人，不得不仰给于家庭亲友。
这也就好理解，为什么你国的所有司法判例，都严格遵循这么个灭绝人性的潜规则：
——买卖婚姻建立的“家庭”也是合法家庭，买主强奸买来的or“收留”的“妻子”，不算强奸。
原因就一个：把强奸犯绳之以法，需要有人养的女精神病人和她的孩子们，就得由政府出钱养，而政府不想出这笔钱。
所以，你国的司法实践，也就变成这么个丧尽天良的状态：
——只要谁肯出钱养活那些不能自食其力的人（老人、残障者、儿童），不让他们变成财政包袱，出钱的人就可以对他们做任何事，随便打、随便操、随便祸害！
乃至于，如果出钱的人腻了，不愿意出钱了，直接把这“财政包袱”弄死，司法系统也不会为难凶手，肯定以“家庭内部矛盾”为由，从轻判决！

已解散的支聯會被指煽動顛覆國家政權案，支聯會、前主席李卓人及前副主席鄒幸彤不認罪，鄒幸彤欲呈遞國立臺灣大學社會系教授何明修的專家報告，法庭今（23日）在西九龍法院（暫代高等法院）開庭處理申請。
就報告中涵蓋全球民主運動有否提出類似「結束一黨專政」口號及含意，法官李運騰指本案涉口號在港的含意，不解為何要理解其他地方對口號的含意，又問報告有否提到港人理解該口號時，亦會考慮世界各地民眾的理解。鄒表示沒有，但指民主化是世界通用字眼，「始終中國未發生民主化嘅時候，我哋參考學習對象必定係國際對象」。

Yes, corporations abused data collection, but this trauma taught us the wrong lesson: analysis is not evil, abusing data collection is. But people continue to have knee jerk reactions to this, creating strawmen that don't exist.
FOSS can be open and transparent. We can prove that trust. Let's *want* to find good, safe, transparent ways to do this.
