Executives struggled with name selection, ultimately choosing &quot;Edsel,&quot; which drew unfavorable associations and lacked positive resonance. The car&#039;s styling combined unconventional design elements with practicality, but issues like poor quality control and a delayed market entry during a recession hampered its success.</p> <p>The Edsel&#039;s introduction occurred in a shifting economic landscape, where consumer preferences were rapidly changing, and competitors were gaining ground with compact cars. While the intention was to establish a new division for the Edsel, this added fixed costs and increased pressure to sell, which further diluted efforts on quality and sustained marketing. Btw, when I was setting up Loops in the App Store, it suggested a default age limit of 9+ but I manually raised it to 16+ to match our backend age check.

I believe that Loops should be restricted to 16+, unless you run your own closed server, you can set the age limit in the backend to whatever you want, say if you want to run a family-only server.

We will be adding a lockdown mode to allow you to restrict all access behind login.

Dabei sind die wahren Probleme: Superreiche, die das System ausnutzen um sich die Taschen ungeniert vollzustopfen. Und mächtige Menschen, die tun können, was sie wollen - kaltschnäuzig ohne jede Konsequenz und Gewissen: Gegen die Demokratie, die Menschheit und den Planeten.

I have been thinking about freedom in connection with the current global developments, also in connection with Francis Fukuyama's end of history idea; which I admit I do not fully grasp.

It is this. Freedom might just hide in the messiness of life. In its turmoil lies its opportunity. In Chinese the word crisis means chaos and opportunity. That is the mystery worth preserving.

Fukuyama's thought experiment in hindsight sounds like a jail sentence for most.
