Made it to Brussels, have settled into my room and am getting a bit of work done ahead of the conference tomorrow.
This Samsers foldable ergonomic keyboard is, so far, money *very* well spent. It's not quite as nice as my full keyboard but it's darn nice. We'll see if it holds up to a week of my typing...
As usual after an international trip, I have no real idea what time it is. My body says it's about 10 am, but it's actually about 4pm. Hopefully a night's sleep will improve my body clock's calibration.

Ich wäre dann wirklich eine Oma aus der Muppet-Show; ein verschrobener Charakter, der miesepetrig von der Seitenlinie mault. Würde man uns ernstlich für so ein Theater jede zweite Woche aus ganz Deutschland (bei mancher MdB sogar: aus dem Ausland, könnt ihr googlen) auf Steuerzahlerkosten einfliegen, ich könnte den Verdruß verstehen.
TLDR: wenn ihr Bundestag seht, und da sind nur ~20 Leute im Saal, dann heißt das:
1. Ihr seht eine Debatte zum Fachthema.
2. Die ihr da seht, sind die Fachpolitiker:innen (die gleich dazu sprechen werden oder gerade gesprochen haben) oder da sind um Support zu geben.
3. Die ihr nicht seht haben gerade - das meine ich genau so - wirklich besseres zu tun.

Der Rest dessen, was ich dort lese, scheint demokratisch stabil, also interpretiere ich es nicht als Trollen.
