我前幾天跟義大利朋友聊天，聽到一個詭異到不行的真實故事。她說，她小時候讀的學校有修女，而所有的孩子都知道「絕對不可以讓修女知道你的牙齒鬆動了」因為她們會盯著你看，然後趁你不注意就猛地把那牙齒硬扯下來，而且還會把牙齒私藏起來，不會還給你。

「她們私藏小孩的牙齒要做什麼？！」我有牙醫恐懼症，嚇到不行。
「誰知道？沒有人知道」朋友說。

Tragic Magic by Lattimore & Barwick popped up as a recommendation for me. The cover is some enchanted forest with a couple of damsels, a harp, and OMG a fawn. Seriously, I'm never going to listen to folksy new age crap like this. But for some reason I hit Play anyway. And of course, it started off sounding exactly like it looks. But I was too lazy to hit Stop after the first track.

TL;DR it turned out to be my favourite album of the year so far.

put another way i guess, is making a new language something that has enough leverage to it that it's worth spending my time on, or should i be thinking bigger? i'm happy with claude writing rust code. is a better language really worth it? am i even gonna be writing it anyway?

제가 다니는 블랙회사는 휴머노이드 유행 바로전에 로봇 연구부서를 날려버렸는데요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 직원분들의 격렬한 항의로 인해서 다시 부활함... 진짜 너무나 대차게 까여서 ㅎㅎ 회사가 배터리도 이렇게 쳐말아먹고 내부적으로 비판이 엄청 많았는데 로봇도 다 뺏기는거 아니냐하는 위기감으로... 마지못해 살려놨던데 요새 여러모로 비젼/로보틱스 하시는분들은 잘나가시는... ㅎㅎ 이 회사에서 잘하시던분들은 많이 나갔음... ㅎㅎㅎ
