자기 성질대로 성질 부리고, 자기는 이제 부정적인 감정을 다른 사람에게 쏟아 부어서 어느정도 분이 풀려, 정상생활을 하고 다른 사람과 웃고 떠들고 일상 생활을 하는데...

그 부정적 감정 쓰레통이 된 상대는 우울증으로 허덕이는... 나는 내가 쓰레기 같고, 인간이하인 것 같은데, 나아게 이런 감정의 쓰레기를 퍼부은 사람은 웃고 떠둘고 하는 걸 보면?

이게... 가족간에 부부간에 연인간에... 벌어진다는 것이 참 안타깝고 당하는 본인중에 한사람인 나라서도 부끄럽기도하고 화가나기도하고

나보다 훨씬 나이어린 젊은 친구들이 당하는 걸 보면 가엽기도 하고...

그렇습니다.

저도 어제 너무 속상해서 십여년 끊었던 담배를 한적한 바닷가에 밤에 찾아가 피웠더니 머리가 핑 돌더군요.

위에 말처럼 분노를 동력으로 삼던, 여하튼 무던 동력으로 삼아서 다시 원래의 우리로 돌아가 봅시다.

휘둘리지 말자고요. 웃긴 건, 학교의 불리, 일진, 양차치들이 마음이 여린 사람들을 본능처럼 알아봐요.

Sketchplanations - Simplifying complex ideas in sketches

The curb-cut effect illustrates how when we design to benefit disadvantaged or vulnerable groups we end up helping society as a whole. Angela Glover Blackwell explains how campaigning by students with disabilities in Berkeley in the early 1970s led to adding curb cuts to the Berkeley sidewalks to make access easier for those in wheelchairs. Yet it wasn't just people in wheelchairs that it helped. Curb cuts also made life easier for people pushing children in strollers, people using trolleys for deliveries, people pulling a suitcase, those wheeling bikes or on skateboards, and it also helps save lives by guiding people to cross at safe locations. Another example is adding closed captioning to TV that helps anyone watch in a noisy bar, a waiting room, or watching an airline safety video. Or a classic example of universal design in the OXO Good Grips range originally made to be comfortable for holding a peeler even if you have arthritis. It's also a useful analogy for "how laws and programs designed to benefit vulnerable groups, such as the disabled or people of color, often end up benefiting all," (PolicyLink) whether that be increasing broadband access, improving public transport or taking cuts out of curbs.
